Through the Centre for Intergenerational Practice, and its team of trainers and experts, we have developed core modules for Intergenerational Practice in addition to bespoke training commissioned by a wide range of organisations such as; Museums Libraries and Archives, Changemakers, Evelyn Oldfield Unit and Local Authorities e.g. Manchester, Southampton and Wolverhampton City Councils.

Intergenerational training modules form the basis of a core package:

  • Introduction to Intergenerational Practice
  • Bringing Generations Together
  • Planning and Evaluating Intergenerational Practice

Further training includes a 'Train the Trainer' model that enables organisations to deliver their own intergenerational training using the above modules, training for youth workers/organisations and those working with young people and bespoke packages for a wide range of organisations including; Local Authorities and Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations.
