The Beth Johnson Foundation (BJF) is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. The Data Protection Act 1998 applies to personal data and requires all organisations which handle personal information to comply with eight basic data protection principles regarding privacy and disclosure.

BJF holds a database of contact details for the Centre for Intergenerational Practice network. The information is held securely and is administered by trained staff to ensure that the requirements under the Data Protection Act are fully complied with. We are required to ask for your consent for your contact details to be held on our database e.g. by agreeing to be included on the Centre's mailing list.

BJF will only promote your information in the Centre for Intergenerational Practice Directory if you choose to use that option by ticking the box on the registration form.

If you do not give your consent for us to make your information available BJF assure you that your information will only be used to contact you in relation to work carried out by BJF and will not be passed on to a third party.

All free events listed on the Centre for Intergenerational Practice website are subject to a £50 administration fee for cancellations less than 2 working days before the event or for non attendance on the day.
