London Intergenerational Network (LIN) members have set up an organising group to ensure the continuation of network meetings in London. Please let the group know if you can support the LIN by doing any of the following:

  • offer LIN a venue to meet in, that I don’t have to charge / pay for or can offer but small charge, full rate
  • would like to present, lead an activity about your work / organisation at a future LIN meeting
  • willing to be one of a small group planning, organising and running one meeting in the next 18 months
  • cannot commit to organising but will help to host on the day – setting up a room, greeting people, bringing the milk etc

Below you find templates for publicity, agendas etc which the first organising group put together to support the self-organisation of London IG Network meetings and a checklist of tasks which can be divided up between the organisers. LIN are rotating the organisation of meetings, these templates are passed on from one group of organisers to the next group after each meeting.

LIN group have offered to put these useful basic “toolkit” documents on the website so that other regional groups beginning to self organise network meetings can use them as a starting point.
