The Beth Johnson Foundation and the Mentoring and Befriending Foundation have worked in partnership for many years, around intergenerational mentoring projects, conferences and networking.

Intergenerational Mentoring and Befriending Training

There is an increasing recognition of the value of programmes that bring younger and older people together for their mutual benefit, but what is the relevance and impact of such approaches to mentoring and befriending? Beth Johnson Foundation (BJF) and Mentoring and Befriending Foundation have developed a course that provides an opportunity to explore what is meant by intergenerational mentoring and befriending; how it can help you achieve national and local priorities and how to introduce this model within your own work.

Training is provided by BJF, if you would like further information on our training please contact Louise Middleton, Centre for Intergenerational Practice Manager
