The Beth Johnson Foundation aims to build a society where people can age well. We approach this by forming partnerships with local authorities, government departments, community groups, and age-sector organisations to help them to deliver services that are more age-friendly.

The Centre for Intergenerational Practice is currently working with several organisations to develop specific areas of intergenerational practice (IP). Through our partnership with the National Youth Agency we are developing IP from a youth-led perspective, and demonstrating how it can help young people's organisations meet their objectives. We are working with London Youth to deliver a series of workshops with young people around the issue of Age, peer led workshops with young people (16-25) will explore how young people perceive themselves in relation to their age and how they perceive age in relation to people around them.

We are working with the Housing Association Charitable Trust to develop a Housing and Intergenerational Practice Online Network and with the Mentoring and Befriending Foundation to develop and deliver training on intergenerational mentoring.
